Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a System Support Engineer at SkillSource India in Pune. The System Support Engineer will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting, system administration, operating systems, and network security, Hardware related tasks on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Technical Expertise: Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.), networking protocols, and system administration. Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues. Networking: Understanding of basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and routing. Security: Knowledge of security protocols and best practices (firewalls, VPNs, encryption, etc.). Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
