Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively engage customers to prevent churn.
  • Manage onboarding processes and provide training/resources to new customers.
  • Analyze operational workflows and suggest improvements for efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Support service operations by coordinating between different departments.
