We are looking for a result-oriented Ad Management Executive to join our dynamic team and help scale our reach through strategic digital advertising. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads * Monitor daily performance of ad campaigns and adjust strategies to improve CTR, lead quality, and conversions * Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to optimize ad delivery * Coordinate with the creative team to ensure ad creatives and content are aligned with brand goals * Generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights * Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure high ROI * Track and analyze lead quality and coordinate with the consultation team for feedback *Key Requirements:* * 1–3 years of hands-on experience in running and optimizing digital ad campaigns * Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic analytics tools * Ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions * Excellent communication and reporting skills * Experience in healthcare or service-based lead generation (preferred but not mandatory) What We Offer: * A collaborative and supportive work environment * Opportunity to work closely with a purpose-driven brand * Scope for growth and skill development * Competitive salary based on experience
