Role Overview We are looking for enthusiastic Technical Support Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good problem-solving skills, the ability to communicate in Hindi (mandatory) and basic English, and a passion for helping clients with their digital and IT-related needs. Required Skills & Qualifications Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, or digital tools. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to communicate fluently in Hindi (spoken) and basic English (written & spoken). Familiarity with digital platforms (social media, websites, software tools) is a plus. Freshers with technical aptitude are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
