Telecalling Executive

We are a growing organization in the Software Products & HR Recruitment industry, committed to delivering innovative solutions and excellent client service. To strengthen our sales and operations team, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Telecaller Sales Executive cum Data Entry Operator. Key Responsibilities:Telecalling & Sales Contact potential leads and clients through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups. Explain company software products and HR recruitment services to prospective customers. Generate and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and support the sales team in closures. Maintain good relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Data Entry & Operations Accurately enter, update, and maintain client and sales data in CRM/Excel. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share with management. Support recruitment team by updating candidate databases and job postings. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all sales and recruitment activities. Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or data entry (preferably in IT/software or recruitment industry). Strong communication skills (English, Hindi/Gujarati preferred). Basic knowledge of software products, HR services, or willingness to learn quickly. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools. Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines. Positive attitude, persuasive skills, and customer-focused approach. Education:Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Management/IT preferred).
