We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth. Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lead generation Tele Caller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting an overview of our membership plans, and generating appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers. Provide a comprehensive overview of our membership plans and benefits. Collect key information from customers, including their car name, yearly income, age, marital status, and family members. Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring each appointment at least between 30 to 40 minutes. Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments. Job Timing: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM Compensation: Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and persuade potential customers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in tele-calling or sales is a plus but not required. Incentives: In addition to the salary, you will have the opportunity to earn attractive incentives based on your sales performance. This role offers the potential for significant earnings through successful sales. Our on hand salary budget for this opening is 15000/- to 25000/- plus daily SPIF's and monthly incentives.
