Telecalling Executive

The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls for the hospital, providing information about services, assisting patients with appointments, and supporting referral and follow-up activities. The role requires excellent communication skills, patient handling ability, and basic knowledge of hospital procedures. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously. * Provide accurate information to patients about hospital services, doctors, departments, and timings. * Schedule and confirm appointments, consultations, and follow-ups. * Maintain call logs, patient inquiry records, and update the hospital CRM/software. * Follow up with patients for reminders (appointments, reports, follow-up visits). * Coordinate with internal departments (front office, nursing, diagnostics) for patient needs. * Support hospital referral marketing by contacting referring doctors/patients as required. * Escalate patient concerns or critical issues to the respective authority immediately. * Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to patient satisfaction goals. --- ### **Key Skills & Competencies:** * Excellent verbal communication in English and local language(s). * Polite, patient-friendly, and empathetic approach. * Good listening and problem-solving skills. * Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital software/CRM). * Ability to handle high call volume and work in a team environment. --- ### **Qualifications & Experience:** * Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate (any discipline). * Preferred: Diploma/Degree in Hospital Administration or related field. * Experience: 0–2 years (Hospital / Healthcare call center experience preferred). --- ### **Work Conditions:** * Location: Hospital premises / Telecalling desk. * Shifts: Day / rotational shifts as per hospital policy DAY & NIGHT - 10DAYS MUST * Remuneration: As per industry standards.
