Job Title: Telecaller – Spiritual E-Commerce Sales (Inbound) Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Telecaller to join our Spiritual E-Commerce sales team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming customer inquiries and assist them in purchasing spiritual products and services such as pooja items, gemstones, yantras. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and a genuine interest in spirituality and wellness. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls from customers with professionalism and warmth. Provide detailed information about products and services listed on the company’s e-commerce platform. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate spiritual products or solutions. Convert inquiries into successful sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Follow up with interested customers to close potential sales opportunities. Coordinate with the dispatch and logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Stay updated with product knowledge, new arrivals, and promotional offers. Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the spiritual and ethical values of the brand. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience: 0–3 years in telecalling, telesales, customer support (E-commerce or spiritual products experience preferred). Skills: Excellent verbal communication in Tamil & English . Active listening and persuasive sales abilities. Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM or e-commerce platforms. Positive attitude, empathy, and patience when dealing with customers.
