Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resources professional to manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and leadership, ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles. Coordinate hiring processes with department heads. Prepare offer letters and manage pre-joining formalities. Conduct employee orientations and ensure smooth onboarding. 2. Employee Relations & Engagement Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Foster a positive work environment through engagement activities and communication. Handle disciplinary actions and grievance resolution professionally. 3. Performance Management Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and collect feedback. Assist in setting KPIs and performance goals with department managers. Support career development and training initiatives. 4. Payroll & Compliance Coordinate with finance/accounts to ensure accurate payroll processing. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.). 5. HR Policies & Administration Draft, implement, and update HR policies and procedures. Manage attendance, leave, and time-off systems. Support organizational changes and HR projects as required. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–5 years of experience in HR roles (for Executive); 5+ years (for Manager). Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools. Preferred Skills: Experience with recruitment portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed). Hands-on experience in payroll coordination and employee engagement. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
