Role Overview: As an HR Executive focusing on Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in managing the recruitment process from start to finish. Additionally, you will provide essential support in various HR operations, contributing to the overall success of the team. Your expertise in recruitment strategies and your willingness to take on broader HR responsibilities will be key to excelling in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with hiring managers to determine staffing requirements and craft accurate job descriptions. - Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct outreach methods. - Screen incoming applications, conduct initial interviews, and effectively manage the candidate pipeline. - Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the selection process. - Facilitate discussions regarding job offers and provide support during the onboarding process for selected candidates. HR Operations (Executive Support): - Assist in the onboarding process of new employees, including induction procedures and documentation. - Maintain precise HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. - Support engagement initiatives, handle employee relations matters, and contribute to various day-to-day HR operations as required. Qualifications Required: - Thorough understanding of recruitment practices and proficiency in various sourcing techniques. - Experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders. - Strong organizational abilities enabling you to handle multiple tasks efficiently. - High level of integrity, commitment to confidentiality, and meticulous attention to detail. - Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions when faced with challenges. - Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.,
