Role & responsibilities Manage HCV / eHCV assembly line operations, ensuring adherence to electrical and pneumatic circuit specifications and production targets. Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of electric vehicle systems, including fault codes, wiring harnesses, controllers, and pneumatic systems. Drive Lean manufacturing practices such as 5S, Kaizen, TQM, IATF 16949, and apply 7 QC tools for quality and process improvement. Lead and coordinate shop-floor manpower, ensuring effective teamwork, skill utilization, and smooth upstreamdownstream process flow. Execute production reporting, loss analysis, DWM, and WIP inventory management, including gap analysis and vehicle booking in ERP systems. Utilize ERP/PLM tools (SAP / RAMCO / Oracle / PLM) and MS Office for planning, tracking, MIS, and management reporting. Support Kaizen and NPI activities in a flexible manufacturing environment, with strong ownership, result orientation, and safety focus.
