Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Khammam. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, promoting and selling Montra Electric products, overseeing sales activities, and training new sales personnel. Daily tasks will include achieving sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and executing sales strategies to expand the company's market presence.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and proficiency in Sales Management
• Experience in Training and developing sales teams
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Knowledge and experience in the automotive or electric vehicle sector would be advantageous
