Role & responsibilities

• Financier visit and customer visit and implantation and execution of HO-tie-ups Scheme and program in field
  Local NBFC/New age Finance and Leasing Companies and Co-operative and Finance Scheme Tie-ups
• Scheme and program design region wise and 80% finance penetration through focus financers and develop the Finance Strategy based on business case
• Tracking TAT for retail Finance monthly report publishing with financers
  Submission of Post Delivery documents
• Maintain the Retail Finance Tracker and Portfolio Tracker for Zone
• Relationship Management with Finance partners and co-ordination with Sales Team for smooth retail finance operations for Electric Trucks and Charging Infra

Accountabilities

• Ensure percolation of national level retail finance schemes and Finance modelling and structuring based on business requirements Like Loan/Lease/Project finance etc.
• Understand the customer business case and propose the suitable financing solution to make business case more attractive
• Execution and implementation of H.O guidelines on retail and channel finance schemes in the region
• Design retail finance scheme along with the financers and proactive initiatives and innovative ideas for retail conversions
• Monthly retail finance and working Capital MIS with internal and external stake holders
• Track the Retail Finance from login to disbursal and ensure the turn around time
• Work with preferred insurance partners for relevant insurance products to improve affordability
• Insurance tie-ups and competitive product for customers coordinate for hassle free claim settlements
