Assistant/Deputy/Lead Manager

As a Taxation Team member at TI Clean Mobility Private Limited, your role will involve handling direct taxes and transfer pricing related advisory, litigation, and compliance for the Commercial EV Business Segment in Chennai. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in litigation for direct tax matters - Filing Income Tax Returns/ Tax Audits, Transfer Pricing - Reviewing/ filing of TDS related forms and returns - Providing advice on withholding taxes - Managing departmental audits & assessments - Supporting tax projects and operational matters Preferred qualifications for this role include exposure to direct taxes (mandatory) & indirect taxes (desirable), strong drafting skills, proficiency in MS Office and data analytics, and experience in taxation/ auto industry. To be considered for this position, you should be a Post Qualification Chartered Accountant/Cost Management Accountant with 1-4 years of relevant experience.
