An HR & Payroll administrative is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws, playing a crucial role in maintaining a productive work environment.Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive organizational culture by addressing employee grievances, facilitating conflict resolution, and ensuring a harmonious workplace environment. Conduct regular meetings with employees to gather feedback and assess morale.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce HR policies that align with company goals and comply with labor laws. Stay updated on changes in employment legislation to ensure organizational compliance.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes, providing tools and guidance for effective evaluations. Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage payroll processing and employee benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations. Address any issues related to compensation and benefits.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare and present HR reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
