Job Description

As an HR Executive (Factory & Labor Law Compliance), your main role will involve ensuring labor law compliance in factory operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation related to labor laws. Handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions will also be a crucial part of your job. Additionally, you will need to develop and implement training programs on labor laws and safety, as well as collaborate with management to implement HR policies and procedures. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in HR or related field - 3-5 years of experience in HR and labor law compliance - Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Please note that only male candidates will be considered for this position. This is a full-time job with a day shift schedule. Proficiency in English is preferred. The work location is in person.,
