Key Responsibilities HR Executive (Factory & Labor Law Compliance): - Ensure labor law compliance in factory operations - Maintain accurate records and documentation - Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions - Develop and implement training programs on labor laws and safety - Collaborate with management to implement HR policies and procedures Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in HR or related field - 3-5 years of experience in HR and labor law compliance - Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
