You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Providing administrative support by managing and organizing files, documents, and records, as well as maintaining office supplies and petty expenses. - Handling data management tasks such as entering, processing, and storing critical data accurately in databases and spreadsheets. - Communicating and coordinating with different departments and stakeholders, distributing communications, and facilitating internal communication. - Preparing various reports, presentations, and business correspondences. - Assisting with operational support tasks including scheduling meetings, managing inventory, and coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
