HR Executive

As an HR Executive, your role will involve recognizing the manpower needs and presenting them to the HR manager for approval. You will be responsible for creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on multiple platforms. Additionally, you will manage HR activities such as meetings, interviews, and other schedules. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates - Managing and handling the orientation of new employees - Assessing the training needs and coordinating training and development programs for employees - Managing the employee data of each department - Overseeing the daily operations of the HR department - Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures - Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks - Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases - Managing employee benefits and compensation packages - Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees - Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts - Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations - Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management - Managing employee separation processes - Listening to employee complaints and ensuring workplace safety - Organizing exit interviews and identifying reasons for resignation Qualifications Required: - Experience: HR - 1 year (Preferred), total work - 1 year (Preferred) - Language: English (Preferred) - Language proficiency in Hindi - Preferred Immediate joiner Please note that the work location is in person, and the job type is full-time with benefits including food, health insurance, provident fund, and a performance bonus.
