Job Summary:

A Payroll Executive is responsible for the accurate and timely processing and administration of employee payroll, including calculating wages, taxes, and deductions, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing: Calculating and processing payroll for all employees, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and other compensations.
  • Tax and Deduction Management: Calculating and deducting appropriate amounts from employee salaries for taxes, benefits, and other deductions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all payroll transactions, including employee earnings, taxes, and deductions.
  • Compliance: Ensuring that all payroll activities comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including tax and benefits administration.
  • Reporting: Generating and distributing pay statements, reports, and summaries to relevant departments.
  • Employee Support: Addressing employee inquiries and resolving payroll-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Updating and maintaining payroll data in the system and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Compliance Audits: Conducting regular audits of payroll processes to identify and rectify errors.
  • Collaboration: Working with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
  • Staying Updated: Keeping up-to-date with changes in tax and labor laws to ensure ongoing compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Education:A high school diploma is typically required, and an associate's degree or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Experience:Previous experience in payroll administration or a related field is often required.
  • Certifications:Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certifications are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,679.43 - ₹15,000.00 per month
