As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of human resources within the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - **Recruitment & Onboarding:** - Coordinating the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to hiring candidates. - Managing job postings, descriptions, and candidate databases. - Assisting in preparing offer letters and employment contracts. - Overseeing the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a smooth transition. - **Employee Relations:** - Acting as a point of contact for employee concerns and providing guidance on policies. - Addressing and resolving workplace conflicts, escalating issues when necessary. - Promoting a positive organizational culture and work environment. - **Performance Management:** - Assisting in implementing performance appraisal systems and tracking employee performance. - Coordinating development and delivery of performance improvement plans and feedback sessions. - Supporting employees in setting personal and professional development goals. - **Employee Benefits Administration:** - Administering employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. - **Training & Development:** - Identifying training needs and coordinating training programs for employee development. - Maintaining records of employee training, certifications, and development plans. - Promoting a learning culture within the organization. - **Compliance & Documentation:** - Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations. - Maintaining employee records and HR documentation in accordance with legal requirements. - Supporting audits and managing compliance reporting. - **HR Projects & Administration:** - Assisting in HR-related projects like employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs. - Maintaining accurate HR data and assisting in HR reporting. - Supporting the HR Manager in various HR initiatives and day-to-day administrative tasks. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - [x] years of experience in Human Resources or a related field. - Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, and other HR software. - Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. **Preferred Qualifications:** - HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI, etc.) is a plus. - Experience in a specific industry is a plus. In this role, you will work full-time during office hours with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The job type is full-time and permanent, with a day shift schedule.
