Job Title Relationship Manager Location: Bangalore, M.G. Road Wealth Management India works with the Ultra High/High Networth clients and families of the country. The objective of the division is to provide products and solutions to address their Wealth, Lending and Banking requirements. We are looking at self driven professionals who have prior experience working with HNIs/Entrepreneurs and large promoter families of the country. You should have ample experience in the Wealth Management space or should have strong connects and relationships with the relevant client pool. You will be working with a highly motivated and productive team which has been a trendsetter in the MNC Wealth Management space. Wealth Management is responsible for the sales, advisory and management of the wealth management client portfolio. You should have actively managed about 20-30 relevant clients. The managed AUM should be in the range of INR 800-1500 crores yielding revenues of 8-15 crores. Job Purpose Manage end to end business tech transformation and enhancement projects Support business users with new implementation and enhancements Analyze application and process gaps and suggest solutions Job Responsibilities (JR): 6-8 Areas Requirement Analysis To participate in business discussion to understand the problem statement To understand the requirement and review FSD To understand and analyze the requirement and propose feasible solution with reference to Current system implementation. Documentation, Communication & Collaboration Document all details required by business in BRD. Document the end-to-end Process journey and embedded in to BRD. Perform control self-assessment on continuous basis Tracking and monitoring the changes in ITPP Quality and documentation To ensure ITPP is followed for all the projects /CRs handled To do a daily control check wherever applicable. To monitor and track business / audit queries. Daily/ Weekly process report to be shared with relevant Stake holders. Training and Production movement To document & share training modules with relevant Stakeholders. To conduct training for business users and stakeholders on the projects and changes implemented Perform PIR after the enhancement is moved live Level 2 support on production issues Improvements Identify grey areas and provide recommendations.
