Studio Underground is seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to recruit and manage creative production talent, support smooth client coordination, and handle key administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the media production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• HR & Talent Management

• Lead hiring for creative and production roles such as: Video Editors, Cinematographers, Production Crew, Motion Graphics Artists, Assistants & other studio personnel

• Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding

• Maintain HR and resource allocation records

• Implement employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives

• Ensure policy compliance and professional conduct

• Client Relations Support

• Coordinate staffing and project Requirements based on client briefs

• Ensure timely updates, delivery transparency, and support in handling feedback

• Administrative & Operational Support

• Support Creative Head with schedules, project coordination, and reporting

• Handle documentation, approvals, vendor coordination & freelance hiring

• Ensure workflow efficiency across projects and departments

Skills & Compentencies:

• Excellent written & verbal communication

• Strong people management and negotiation skills

• Organizational and multi-tasking abilities

• Understanding of film/production workflow and timelines

• Proficiency in MS Office, HR tools & coordination platforms

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Communication, Media, or related field

• Experience in media production, film studios, or creative agencies preferred

• Ideal Personality- Energetic, confident & people-centric

• High emotional intelligence & conflict resolution ability

• Solution-oriented with strong ownership and integrity
