Role & responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the installation of fire fighting systems (sprinklers, hydrants, FM200, CO2, water mist, etc.). Review project specifications, drawings, and materials to ensure compliance with NFPA, local fire codes, and standards. Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control throughout the installation phase. Perform and oversee testing and commissioning of fire protection systems, including functional performance testing. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning phases. Liaise with consultants, clients, and local authorities (e.g., Civil Defense) for inspections and approvals. Prepare and submit method statements, inspection reports, and test reports. Ensure adherence to HSE guidelines and safe work practices on-site. Train end-users or client personnel on system operation and maintenance, if required. Preferred candidate profile :- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 2 to 7 years of experience in fire fighting system installation, testing, and commissioning. Strong knowledge of NFPA codes, local fire protection standards, and MEP coordination. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics. Hands-on experience with pressure testing, flow testing, and system integration. Good communication and reporting skills. Certification in fire protection (e.g., NFPA, Civil Defense approval) is a plus.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of fire fighting systems, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth through on-site sales efforts. This role demands excellent communication skills, technical understanding, and the flexibility to work across various EPC domains like fire safety, electrical, mechanical, civil, and infrastructure projects. Job Description:- Identify and approach potential clients in target EPC segments Conduct field visits to construction sites, offices, and industrial facilities Promote company products/services to engineers, contractors, architects, and project managers Understand project requirements and propose suitable solutions from the companys offerings Generate and follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and quotations Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and stakeholders Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business Coordinate with the internal technical and project teams for smooth order execution Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Prepare daily/weekly visit reports and update CRM system Attend industry events, expos, and networking meets to generate leads Requirements: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field 1–3 years of field sales experience in any EPC or project-based industry (freshers with strong communication & technical interest can be considered) Strong understanding of technical sales in industrial or construction environments Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to work across different EPC segments Familiarity with project lifecycle and B2B sales will be an advantage
