Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with at least 1 year of experience to support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and ensure smooth HR processes across the organization. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management Support employee engagement initiatives and HR activities Handle HR queries related to policies, procedures, and benefits Assist in performance management and appraisal processes Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Coordinate training and development programs Support HR audits and reporting as required Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR role Good understanding of HR processes and labor laws Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to handle confidential information professionally Strong organizational and multitasking skills Preferred SkillsExperience with HRMS or ATS tools Prior experience in recruitment and employee relations What We OfferGrowth and learning opportunities Supportive work environment Competitive salary as per industry standards
