Job Description

Reporting To: Account Head / MD

Job Location: Vatva, Ahmedabad + (Within 2-3 years, in Outskirts of Ahmedabad, approximate Travel distance may be 20 km from Vatva, Ahmedabad)

Experience: 5+ Year

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for both white-collar and blue-collar employees in a manufacturing setup. The role involves handling recruitment, salary & payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee relations, attendance management, and general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:1. Payroll & Compensation Management

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees.
  • Handle salary revisions, bonuses, and final settlements.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory payments (PF, ESI, Gratuity, PT, TDS).

2. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff and workers.
  • Coordinate with agencies and job portals for manpower sourcing.
  • Conduct interviews, background checks, and onboarding formalities.

3. Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitor attendance records through biometric systems.
  • Track leave records and update the Software accordingly.
  • Handle shift schedules and overtime calculations.

4. Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, including PF, ESI, Factory Act, etc.
  • Maintain records for audits and statutory inspections.
  • Coordinate with external consultants / Government Officials for timely filings.

5. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee grievances.
  • Conduct regular interaction sessions with workers and staff.
  • Help in resolving issues related to behaviour, conflict, or performance.

6. HR Documentation

  • Maintain and update employee files and records.
  • Draft letters, memos, and HR policy communications.
  • Generate HR reports as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 years+ of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
  • Hands On experience with payroll software and HRMS systems.
  • Ability to handle field staff and plant workers with sensitivity and firmness.
  • understanding of recruitment processes
  • Experience in HR policy formulation and implementation
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
