Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, address grievances, and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner. 3. Recruitment and Selection: Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure the best talent is hired. 4. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, appraisals, and promotions. 5. Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. 6. Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and manuals. 7. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, minimizing risks and liabilities. 8. HR Metrics and Analytics: Analyze HR metrics, provide insights, and recommend improvements to drive business growth. 9.
