HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining HR documentation (joining forms, employee records, etc.)
  • Help with end-to-end interview coordination scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate communication
  • Maintain employee database
  • Support onboarding and exit formalities
  • Ensure timely completion of documentation and filing of employee records

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in HR, Business Administration, or related field)
  • Minimum

    6 months of HR or coordination experience

  • Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
