Manager Mobility Sales

Role & responsibilities-:

Team lead

You will drive business growth by expanding our mobility services, managing client (driver) relationships, improving service delivery, and implementing operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Driver Onboarding & Retention

• Lead the end-to-end driver onboarding process sourcing, screening, documentation, background verification, and training.
  
• Ensure monthly acquisition targets and training completion rates are met.
  
• Drive driver engagement and retention through structured payouts and support.
  

Sales & Operations Management

• Own and deliver business KPIs: profitability, retention, onboarding TAT, compliance, and client satisfaction.
  
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the car rental and mobility verticals.
  
• Manage teams and ensure alignment with revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
  

Team & Vendor Coordination

• Supervise vendor partners for sourcing and compliance.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for logistics and payout processes.
  
• Implement performance tracking systems and real-time dashboards.
  

Process Improvement & Projects

• Automate and streamline payout calculations.
  
• Digitize roster and leave management systems.
  
• Standardize grievance handling and compliance tracking.
  

Qualifications:

• Graduation (mandatory)
  

Experience:

• 5+ years in Sales & Operations, with at least 2 years in the Transportation/Logistics domain.
  
• Hands-on experience managing teams.
  
• Strong understanding of mobility operations, compliance, regulations, and safety in transport.
