As we expand rapidly, we are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Manager to lead and streamline our human resource functions, ensuring our team remains motivated, aligned, and productive. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding). Build a pipeline of talented professionals aligned with organizational goals. Employee Engagement & Retention Develop employee engagement programs to foster motivation and satisfaction. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and feedback sessions. Ensure retention strategies are implemented effectively. Performance Management Drive performance appraisal systems and monitor employee KPIs. Provide guidance to managers on employee development plans. Compliance & HR Policies Maintain statutory compliance with labor laws and regulations. Draft, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs. Training & Development Coordinate employee training sessions and development initiatives. Identify skill gaps and recommend relevant training programs. Payroll & HR Operations Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management. Manage HRMS and maintain accurate employee records. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field. 2–5 years of proven experience in HR management. Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
