Job Description

Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities for HR services through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, talent acquisition teams, and decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and present customized HR solutions (e.g., recruitment, staffing, payroll, HRMS).
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, payroll, operations) to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports in CRM tools.

Required skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented mindset with a proven sales track record.
Ability to understand and sell HR products and services.
Comfortable with cold calling and client meetings.
