Job Description

As an HR Executive at Enzo Business Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions within the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding - Coordinating and supporting the performance management process - Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation - Handling employee queries and engagement activities - Assisting in policy implementation to ensure adherence to company HR guidelines - Preparing HR reports and assisting in audits and compliance tasks - Supporting cross-functional teams on HR-related projects - Maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive employee data with discretion To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of relevant HR experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of HR tools and practices, and a willingness to work in rotational shifts (Monday to Friday) are also essential requirements. Please note that this position is open exclusively to female candidates.
