About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
HR Operations professional
to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 35 years of proven experience in HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills, process orientation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, induction, employee records, and exit formalities.
Maintain accurate employee data in HRMS/HRIS systems.
HR Policies & Compliance
Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other labor laws.
Support audits and maintain employee-related documentation.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
Assist in monthly payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking.
Handle employee queries related to compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
Performance & Engagement Support
Coordinate appraisal cycles, promotions, and transfers.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
HR Operations Excellence
Streamline HR processes for efficiency and compliance.
Generate reports on HR metrics (attrition, leave, compliance status, etc.).
Required Skills & Competencies:
35 years of experience in
HR Operations / HR Generalist roles
.Strong knowledge of
HR processes
.Hands-on experience with
HRMS/HRIS systems
.Proficiency in
MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
.Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.Ability to handle sensitive information with
confidentiality and integrity
.Qualifications:
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
Additional certifications in HR operations, payroll, or labor laws will be an added advantage.
