Job Description

Exp: - +2 yrs

Notice: - Max 15 days or Immediate

Location: - Mumbai (Andheri - East)

Budget: - Company Standard

Note: Candidates are required to report to the office on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding)
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Handle joining and exit formalities
Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Assist in implementing HR policies and company guidelines
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Coordinate training and employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred Skills

Experience with HRMS or payroll software
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
