Ltd. is India's leading provider of National Mission for Skill Development, Content Engine, and SaaS Platforms for the Pre-Primary, K-12, and Higher Education ecosystems. We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele Callers who are passionate about communication and outreach. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for initiating conversations with schools and educational institutions to share information about our offerings and gather relevant feedback. Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our HR operations, with a strong focus on junior-level recruitment and attendance/HRIS tracking. The ideal candidate must be organized, people-friendly, and able to manage multiple tasks independently. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Hiring (Junior-Level) ● Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal references, and local networks. ● Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.● Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth candidate coordination. ● Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of junior-level positions. ● Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters. ● Support onboarding activities for newly hired employees. 2. Attendance & HR Operations ● Monitor daily attendance using HRMS/Excel/biometric tools. ● Track late marks, absences, leaves, and generate weekly/monthly attendance reports. ● Coordinate with managers to validate attendance and ensure timely corrections. ● Maintain employee data, records, and documentation. ● Assist in payroll input preparation by providing accurate attendance data. 3. Employee Support & Coordination ● Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to attendance, leaves, and HR policies. ● Assist in onboarding and induction sessions. ● Maintain communication with employees for documentation and compliance. ● Support employee engagement initiatives when required. 4. General HR Administration ● Assist in preparing HR reports and dashboards. ● Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information. ● Coordinate with the HR team for policy implementation and process improvement. ● Help standardize documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, etc.).Required Skills ● Good communication and interpersonal skills. ● Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations. ● Proficiency in MS Excel (attendance tracking, basic formulas). ● Ability to multitask and manage timelines. ● Strong organizational and follow-up skills. ● Familiarity with HRMS/attendance tools (added advantage). Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. ● 1–2 years of experience in HR recruitment or operations (freshers with strong aptitude may apply).
