Compensation: Up to ₹40,000 Per Month (Based on Skills, Experience & Expertise)
Role Overview
Seeking Highly Organized, Proactive, and Versatile HR & Operations Lead to serve as the foundational backbone of the Bharat Aawaz Program. The Pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the complete HR lifecycle, managing critical operational & hiring functions, and ensuring the flawless execution of our high-profile events and summits, all essential to delivering Bharat Aawaz’s promise of Report, Support and Empower.
Key Responsibilities
o Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, and comprehensive documentation.
O Managing & Handling Complete Reporters and News Coordinators Hiring & On-Boarding Process.
o Oversee performance management, coordinating with Zonal Heads and Operational Team to conduct reviews, track targets, and facilitate professional development.
HR Administration & Compliance:
o Manage leave administration, Program Management and data management with accuracy and confidentiality.
o Coordinate with team members, ensuring alignment on program goals and targets related to Bharat Conclave, Bharat Pride, and Easy Bharat
2. Operations & Facility Management
Office Administration & Day-to-Day Activities:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for all general administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
o Handle complete Facility Management, including maintenance, supplies, and ensuring a professional work environment.
• Guest Management:
o Manage logistics, travel, accommodation, and hospitality for all featured Icons of Influence
o Ensure an exceptional, high-prestige experience for all guests and visiting stakeholders.
3. Event & Vendor Management
End-to-End Event Management:
o Take complete ownership of planning and executing all high-profile Bharat Aawaz Events, Summits and Conclaves,
• Coordination & Negotiation:
o Execute meticulous Vendor Management, securing and managing contracts for production, logistics, catering, and other services.
o Conduct professional coordination and negotiation with vendors, clients, schools, and partners (including those related to Talent Launchpad and Advocacy Edge).
o Ensure all event logistics align with the high-quality and prestige standards of the Bharat Aawaz brand.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Operational Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in the full hiring lifecycle, payroll, and facility management.
• Exceptional Management Skills: Outstanding organizational, negotiation, and project management abilities, with a proven track record of handling complex logistics and events seamlessly.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and high-profile clients/guests.
• Flexibility & Drive: Must be very flexible with timings and capable of working extended hours, especially leading up to and during high-stakes events. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset is essential.
• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
