Bharat Aawaz is a news organization dedicated to building a strong network of News Coordinators. We are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our team and help us expand our reach by guiding potential clients through our sales and onboarding process. Role & Responsibilities: The Relationship Manager is a key point of contact for all potential clients, responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from initial lead contact to final closure and onboarding. Your primary duties will include: Lead Management: Handling a high volume of incoming leads generated from platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube via a dedicated WhatsApp number and phone calls. Client Communication: Responding to inquiries, collecting basic client details, and providing clear information about our programs, including WhatsApp channels and Zoom sessions. Conversion & Follow-up: Ensuring leads join our WhatsApp channel and Zoom sessions. You will be responsible for consistent follow-ups to keep leads engaged and informed. Sales Closure: Guiding interested leads through the final sales process, confirming the availability of their chosen location (Mandal), completing the closure, and managing the initial onboarding. Performance & Tracking: Maintaining accurate records and tracking the status of each lead to ensure no opportunities are missed. Post-Sale Support: Following up with new clients to ensure they meet their News Coordinator hiring targets within the specified timelines. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, telecalling, or a customer-facing role is a significant advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of calls and messages effectively. A strong, results-driven mindset and the ability to work towards specific sales and closure targets. The ability to manage a high volume of leads and maintain meticulous tracking. A quick learner who can absorb information during a one-week training period and apply it immediately. Compensation Structure: Monthly Pay: ₹20,000 - 35,000 Performance-Based Incentives: Yes.
