Relationship Manager

Looking for a confident and goal-oriented Relationship Manager to handle outbound and inbound calls related to Media People Hiring and On-Boarding. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, fluency in Telugu, and the ability to convince and guide individuals through the joining process. You will play a key role in creating awareness, explaining benefits, and assisting candidates with their queries. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential candidates and introduce the opportunity. • Handle inbound queries from individuals through calls, messages. • Follow up regularly with all leads until final confirmation or closure done. • Clearly explain the benefits and step-by-step process of becoming a reporter. • Respond promptly to all doubts, objections, and concerns with clarity and confidence. • Convince candidates to take the final step and join through clear, positive, and persuasive communication. • Build trust and interest through friendly and professional interaction. • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, responses, and closures in a structured format. • Achieve daily and monthly targets related to calls and conversions.
