Role Overview We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing back-office operations related to mutual funds and ensuring seamless client service. Key Responsibilities Manage all back-office operations related to mutual funds. Proficiently use mutual fund software and platforms like BSE Star MF. Coordinate with RTA's (Registrar and Transfer Agents) and AMC's (Asset Management Companies). Handle complete documentation for on-boarding new clients . Assist clients with mutual fund transactions and execution processes. Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing timely and accurate information. Ensure proper record-keeping and documentation of client interactions and transactions. Desired Candidate Profile Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English. Experience in mutual fund distribution and familiarity with BSE Star MF platform is preferred. Proficiency in Excel, computer applications, and internet usage. Knowledge of financial products and basic personal financial planning concepts. Prior experience in mutual fund operations or financial services is an advantage. Ability to manage both physical and online documentation processes efficiently. Salary As per industry standards. Experience: Prior experience in similar roles with distribution firms, banks, fund houses, or wealth managers is preferred.
