Role Summary & The LEAD Mission: The Enrolment Counsellor is a critical, outward-facing role responsible for securing student enrolment in The LEAD Program: Leadership, Ethics, Academics, and Digital Media—an initiative by Bharat Media Association (BMA).
You will serve as the primary ambassador, educating and partnering with students/parents/sponsors to ensure high-potential students gain access to this transformative, media-driven leadership program. This role requires exceptional persuasive skills, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for youth development to Shape the Narrative and Master the Future.
🔑 Core Responsibilities & Duties
Consultative Sales & Outreach: Drive the enrolment process by contacting, meeting, and educating parents/sponsors/students on the full scope and benefits of The LEAD Program. Handle 500 new leads per month.
Enrolment Closure: Persuade and guide parents/sponsors/students through the final stages of commitment, successfully achieving a minimum of 25 successful closures (enrolments) per month.
Program Communication: Clearly articulate all facets of the program, including the personalized Inspiring Officer Video, the Podcast Interview, and the 'My School Program' feature.
Demonstration & Evidence: Utilize and present previous examples, case studies, and media output (YouTube channel/social media) to showcase the program's quality and student impact.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the initial point of contact for parents and schools, ensuring a seamless transition from enrolment to program participation.
Note: Direct contact with students is not part of this role, focusing solely on parental/sponsorship communication.
Feedback & Reporting: Track all sales activities, pipeline progress, and conversion rates, providing regular, detailed reports to BMA management.

🧑💻 Essential Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record or Expertise in a sales, business development, or consultative enrolment role, preferably within the education, media, Sales, or non-profit sector.
Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills in English and relevant local languages. Ability to explain complex value propositions clearly and compellingly.
Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage a large pipeline, overcome objections, and achieve demanding monthly closure targets.
Presentation Skills: Proficiency in using multimedia tools (video, slides) to present program details and success stories effectively.
Domain Knowledge: A strong understanding of the educational landscape, youth development, and the power of digital media (YouTube, social media).
