Job Description

As an experienced and dynamic HR Executive/Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources functions within the organization. This includes overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. - Oversee recruitment and hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process. - Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary. - Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. - Coordinate performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to employees. - Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. - Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with changing laws and regulations. - Manage HR metrics and reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement. - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR management. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. - 1-15 years of experience in HR management or a related field. - Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills. - HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
