Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: - Manage the hiring process end-to-end — from posting job openings to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. - Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs. Performance & Attendance Management: - Implement appraisal systems, track attendance, leaves, and punctuality. - Support in defining KRAs and performance reviews. HR Operations & Compliance: - Manage payroll coordination, documentation, and statutory compliance. - Maintain updated employee records and HR reports. Policy & Culture: - Help build a strong, value-driven culture aligned with company vision. - Support management in developing and enforcing HR policies. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
