HR Executive/HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Strong ability to identify what roles to hire for and who to hire based on business needs.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Handle HR operations such as employee relations, performance management, and documentation.
• Conduct induction, training sessions, and HR engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory guidelines.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower planning and improve hiring strategies.
• Maintain HR databases and prepare periodic HR reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4 - 5 years of proven HR experience
