Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for Indian operations team Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll inputs Handle onboarding, training, and compliance documentation Support employee engagement and retention initiatives Prepare HR reports and assist with timesheet/payroll coordination Ensure company policies and code of conduct are followed Requirements: Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of HR operations and Excel Ability to manage confidential data responsibly Experience in remote team management preferred
