Job Description

Indian Operations (RSV Group)

Bookkeeping & Reporting:
Handle day-to-day journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and financial statement preparation (P&L, Balance Sheet).
Compliance:
Manage GST, TDS, and other Indian statutory compliance requirements.
Payroll:
Process and manage monthly payroll for the Indian team.

Australian Operations (PSV Logistics Support)

Accounts Management:
Manage high-volume Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) for the Australian fleet, ensuring timely billing and payment.
Reconciliation:
Perform complex bank and supplier reconciliations, particularly in
Xero
or similar cloud-based Australian accounting software.
Tax Support:
Assist Australian accountants with compiling necessary data for BAS, IAS, and annual tax lodgements.
Financial Analysis:
Prepare detailed weekly and monthly management reports for Australian stakeholders, focusing on fleet costs, fuel records, and operational efficiency.
