The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset for hiring, and the ability to work comfortably in flexible shifts. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Strong ability to identify what roles to hire for and who to hire based on business needs. Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring requirements. Handle HR operations such as employee relations, performance management, and documentation. Conduct induction, training sessions, and HR engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory guidelines. Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower planning and improve hiring strategies. Maintain HR databases and prepare periodic HR reports. Required Skills & Qualifications 4 - 5 years of proven HR experience , with at least 2 years in the Travel Industry . Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and talent evaluation. Ability to work in a flexible shift environment .
