Sandeep Edgetech is looking for a dedicated and dynamic HR professional to join our growing team at our Sonipat factory. Key Roles & Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Manage the entire hiring cycle – from job posting and screening to interviews and final selection. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and manage onboarding formalities. Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance Oversee attendance and leave management systems. Coordinate with accounts for monthly payroll processing. Ensure statutory compliances like PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and labor law adherence. Employee Engagement & Development Conduct employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and grievance handling. Manage performance appraisal cycles and maintain transparent evaluation systems. Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating skill-development programs. Factory HR Operations Manage manpower planning for factory operations. Handle worker relations, shift schedules, and ensure workplace discipline. Maintain compliance with all HR and safety regulations applicable to factory environments. Documentation & Reporting Maintain all HR-related documentation, employee files, and compliance registers. Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for management review. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
