Human Resources (HR Executive / HR Manager)

Sandeep Edgetech is looking for a dedicated and dynamic HR professional to join our growing team at our Sonipat factory.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage the entire hiring cycle – from job posting and screening to interviews and final selection.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and manage onboarding formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.

Attendance, Payroll & Compliance

• Oversee attendance and leave management systems.
• Coordinate with accounts for monthly payroll processing.
• Ensure statutory compliances like PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and labor law adherence.

Employee Engagement & Development

• Conduct employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and grievance handling.
• Manage performance appraisal cycles and maintain transparent evaluation systems.
• Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating skill-development programs.

Factory HR Operations

• Manage manpower planning for factory operations.
• Handle worker relations, shift schedules, and ensure workplace discipline.
• Maintain compliance with all HR and safety regulations applicable to factory environments.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain all HR-related documentation, employee files, and compliance registers.
• Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for management review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
