Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing excellent customer service while performing a variety of administrative and clerical duties to support daily office operations.

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.Manage front desk operations, ensuring a clean and organized reception area.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings.Maintain visitor logs and ensure office security procedures are followed.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
