Job Description

Job Title: Receptionist – Aviation Academy (Aviation Background Preferred)

Location: Thiruvananthapuram Working Hours - 9.30am to 5.30pm

About the Role

We are looking for a well-presented and customer-friendly Receptionist for our academy. Candidates with an aviation-related educational background and experience in admin or billing tasks will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors professionally.
Handle phone calls, inquiries, and front desk communication.
Support admission processes, student registrations, and data entry.
Assist with billing, fee collection, and basic administrative tasks.
Maintain proper documentation, records, and front-office files.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organised, and presentable.
Provide pleasant customer service and guide visitors as needed.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth daily operations.

Requirements

Education in Aviation / Airport Management / Cabin Crew / Hospitality (preferred).
Experience in administration or billing is a plus.
Strong communication skills and professional grooming.
Pleasant personality with good customer care skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and pay close attention to detail.
Basic MS Office knowledge is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
